If you don’t want to spend the equivalent of a dinner for two on a costume to wear for one night, there is a cheaper alternative. A thrift store is a great way to not only get a costume and save money but it is also great use of creativity in putting together a costume.
There is no better place to costume shop than thrift stores. You might already have a costume idea and need to get some assorted pieces to complete your look, or you need an entire last minute costume. Thrift Stores are the place to find the perfect costume or accessories! Some people plan for months and spend a lot of money on elaborate Halloween costumes. Halloween means a quick run through of our closets and a treasure hunt at your local thrift store!
Here is last year’s costume I scored for under $5.00 at America’s Thrift Store, Marietta, Georgia.
Thank you for stopping by!
